NapaStyle Tuscan Artichoke and Olive Bread Spreads

Our low-fat spreads, rich in flavor and texture, are ready for spreading on pita or your favorite olive bread. We start with a puree of slow-cooked white beans and add artichokes braised with lemons, or California olives and tomatoes. Spread on bruschetta, and pile up sliced mozzarella or diced tomatoes and fresh herbs. Serve it in place of hummus.
