Often called the “private reserve” of the salt world, France’s Fleur de Sel has a delicate fl avor profi le that enhances all foods.
Hawaiian Red Salt:
Tinted pink by iron-rich Island clay, Hawaiian Red Salt is almost fruity, with the slightest peppery note.
