Acacia Wood Salt Cellar
Acacia wood (aka "monkeypod", as the Hawaiians called it) gained popularity after World War II as soldiers brought wood-art souvenirs home from the tropics. It's one of our favorite woods at NapaStyle because of its rich grain character and dense, food-safe durability. Each of these salt cellars is formed on a lathe from a single piece of acacia without piecing or lamination. Hand wash. Imported 8” diam. 3” h. (36 oz.).
