Every professional chef in the world knows there is one ultimate "Maserati" of food processors, the Robot Coupe by Magimix. It was my first experience with its exceptional power, high performance, and perfectly honed functionality for mixing, chopping, whipping, grating, juicing and puréeing. Since it was only commercially available, I decided to partner with Magimix to create the ultimate professional machine for home kitchens.

This Cuisine Systeme 5100 is at once a food processor, mixer, citrus juicer, juice extractor, mini chopper, mandoline and immersion blender, making it a phenomenal value while eliminating kitchen clutter. Produced in France for over 30 years, this home master is exclusive to NapaStyle with a commercial-grade induction motor that adjusts its speed to each task.

Includes: Sabatier double blade, plastic dough blade, three chopping discs, extra-wide feeding tube, 16-cup large bowl, 9-cup medium bowl, 3-cup mini bowl for chopping herbs or whipping cream, spatula, recipes, accessory case and 12-year motor warranty.

Matte-chrome finish. 9 ½ x 8 x 16 ½" h.

Now available: Nonstick aluminum patented Bread Bowl. You can knead, leave to proof, and oven-bake all-in-one. Great for brioches, cakes and pastries, too. Comes with 10 delicious recipes.

Product Story Dimensions
It was in France, in the heart of Burgundy - a region noted for its gastronomy that Magimix invented the food processor more than thirty years ago. The Magimix food processor was the domestic version of appliances designed for professional use. Magimix gradually broadened its range to cover all the functions performed by small electrical kitchen appliances, without compromising its four basic values: quality, practicality, simplicity and appearance.

Michael has worked with their professional models throughout his 20 year career as a professional chef and restauranteur. During his time cooking in France, Italy, NYC, Miami, and his 10 restaurants in California— including the Napa Valley restaurant, Tra Vigne— he developed a true appreciation for the professional products this company makes, and believes this home version has a strong value proposition for the home chef.

Matte-chrome finish. 9 ½ x 8 x 16 ½" high; 1100 watts.
