Meyer Lemon Marmalade: If you like the sweetness of California’s Meyer lemons, you’ll like the sweet, tart flavor of our marmalade. Serve with creme frache on a croissant, or try it on bruschetta grilled with prosciutto.
Mission Fig Preserves: Every time I walked by the fig trees near my home and then past a bank of rosemary, I thought the two flavors might work together. My daughter Giana and I made jam one day to try it. It’s delicious! The rosemary brings up the luscious taste of fresh, juicy, sun-ripened figs. Spoon over goat cheese, roasted pork, prosciutto, or a croissant.
Huckleberry Preserves: Wild huckleberries are tart, tangy, and very tiny. Because it takes so many to make huckleberry jam, you’ll rarely find it in stores. Still, the taste is amazing and we couldn’t resist making our own. And just like any handcrafted jam, when supplies run out, we’re done til next season.
