Shipping Information

Standard Orders
Orders received Sunday - Thursday ship the next business day (subject to availability, as shown on the product page). Orders received on Friday and Saturday ship on Monday. Gift wrapped orders may take a day longer.

We ship via FedEx, and FedEx Smart Post. Our standard delivery is Ground, which takes 3 to 10 business days.

Continental United States Addresses
STANDARD SHIPPING: Orders received by 10 am are shipped that day. Your order will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location, and time of year. Rates for Standard Shipping are shown in the chart below.

International shipping / PO Box / APO / FPO
We apologize but at this time we are unable to ship to PO Box, APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship international.

Furniture/Oversize items
There is a surcharge for Furniture and some large or heavy items because of the additional cost to ship them. This charge is noted after the item price and should be added to the standard delivery charges. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipments
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is via Fed Ex 2/3 days and carries a surcharge. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped express.

Furniture Delivery
Most items ship within 2 weeks. Basic delivery consists of curbside placement of your merchandise. For additional services, such as merchandise delivery up steps, light assembly, or debris removal, please use our in-home delivery option.

In-Home Delivery
Some items can be brought into your home, unpacked, assembled, and packaging removed for an additional cost. Call Customer Service at 1-866-776-1600 to arrange for delivery. Appointments available Mon-Fri, and Saturdays in some areas. Available only in the continental United States.

Order Status
Please provide your email address during check out so we can email you an Order Confirmation. Once your order is shipped, we will send a Shipping Confirmation email.

To track the status of you order on our site, click on the Order Status link in the upper right corner of any page on the site. Once you enter your order number you will see the order status. If the order has shipped, we provide the tracking number(s), which normally link to the tracking page on the appropriate carrier's web site.

Express and Overnight Orders
Express orders received by 8am, Monday - Friday, ship the same day and should arrive within 2 - 3 business days. Express orders received after 8am on Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday, ship on Monday (provided that day is not a holiday). Overnight orders received by 8am, Monday - Friday ship the same day and should arrive the next business day. Overnight orders received after 8am on Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday, ship on Monday (provided that day is not a holiday). Additional charges apply. Overnight shipping is not available to all zip codes or on all items. Wine orders may be delayed due to various state regulations.
