Prices
Every effort is made to ensure that every detail is correct as published. However, online promotions and pricing may vary. Descriptive, typographic and photographic errors are subject to corrections.

Placing Orders
Once your shopping is complete, click on the shopping basket icon (at the top of every page). On the shopping basket page, click on "Ship This Order to One Address" or "Ship This Order To More Than One Address". We use the latest security software to protect your personal information. To make a purchase you need to use an SSL-enabled browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL, or Firefox, and you must enable cookies in your browser. For added security, we do not save your credit card number in the shopping cart, so you will need to enter it for each order.

Problems Ordering
If you encounter problems ordering online, please call our Customer Service department for assistance at 1-866-776-1600.

Gift Wrap
We offer our traditional green Gift Wrap packaged with twine bow. Cost is only $8.00 per order. Please note that some large items cannot be gift wrapped.

Sales tax:
Sales tax applies on sales shipped within California, and wine. No tax is charged on food items (unless part of a gift set that includes non-food items).

Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks.

International Orders
Due to shipping restrictions requiring customs inspections and duties, we are unable to ship orders outside the United States or to APO addresses.

Specials, Sales, Clearance
Specially priced offers are limited to stock on hand. We may have to cancel certain orders after they are accepted if we sell out of an item. All Clearance sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pricing Policy
While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions.

Gift Cards / Gift Certificates
NapaStyle Gift Cards are available for purchase in many different denominations. Gift Cards may only be redeemed by phone, or by mail order. At this time we are unable to process them via our website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Promotion Codes
NapaStyle reserves the right to periodically issue codes via our catalog or newsletter for discounts on our products. Discounts are calculated against the retail value of merchandise and are deducted from the total amount of the transaction. Shipping and tax are calculated against the merchandise total prior to the discount. These codes are for a limited time only and do not apply to the purchase of Gift Certificates or wine.
